YDRC, Brilliant Detroit, and 313Reads are partnering to facilitate two workshops to foster peer-to-peer learning between organizations as you onboard and mobilize your virtual volunteers. During the workshop, participants will learn from stories of practice from your peers who have been mobilizing virtual volunteers— their plans/models, successes, and lessons learned. You will have the opportunity to begin developing your strategy and plans to onboard, mobilize, and support virtual volunteers. Practical tips for successful online engagement will be shared.
