As providers continue to implement youth programming, virtually or in person, program quality and youth leadership is as important as ever. During this interactive workshop, participants will have the opportunity to hear from the adult and youth leaders of Urban Neighborhood Initiatives’ Quality-Team (Q-Team). Q-team will highlight skills and program aspects that they found makes their youth led evaluation team successful. By the end of this workshop, participants will understand what a youth-led evaluation team is, what you need to get started, and begin the planning process.
